We trust you will be completely happy with your purchase, however, if you find within 5 days of receipt of your product that you do not wish to keep it, you may return it unused by following our return policy and procedure:
- All returns must be authorized.
- Return Shipping charges are at your expense.
- A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all returned merchandise to compensate for repackaging, warehousing and administrative costs.
- PLEASE INSPECT ALL ITEMS IMMEDIATELY AFTER RECEIVING. Defective product will be replaced free of charge or at the customers option a full refund will be issued upon return of the defective item.
- Products that have been used may not be returned.
